He worked for 8 years in university-related counseling centers. He understands "Quarter-Life Crisis" and other significant life transitions on the journey to and through stages of adulthood.

For those who desire it, Dr. Bozard can give attention to faith. This approach was formerly known as "pastoral counseling." Dr. Bozard has 7 years of prior pastoral experience in Christian churches and completed a Master of Divinity at Duke University.
