Men face lots of pressures but often resist seeking help, so Dr. Bozard developed this space where guys can talk it out. Some issues can look different in males. Sometimes guys are just more comfortable opening up with another guy. Athletes, young professionals, seasoned adults, students, and military are among the range of men who've benefitted.
Dr. Bozard completed specialized training in Gottman Method, the most highly researched, science-based approach to helping couples. Communication, sex, money, and infidelity are some of the concerns couples have found help with. Learn how to lean toward one another instead of drifting apart.
Young professionals from their 20s to 40s have sought Dr. Bozard in their quest to navigate the stresses and challenges of college and young adult life. He worked for 8 years in university-related counseling centers. He understands "Quarter-Life Crisis" and other significant life transitions on the journey to and through stages of adulthood.
