The Gottman Method for Healthy Relationships is a form of couple-focused therapy and education derived from the extensive research of John Gottman over 40 years. Gottman Method is reputed to be the most research-based approach to couple therapy in the world, which means it is solid and proven. The method is especially helpful in improving communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution. Components may include Identifying the Four Horsemen of Relationship Destruction, Building a Strong Foundation, Managing Conflict, and Creating Shared Meaning.
Couples frequently encounter unexpected struggles with sexual intimacy but may feel awkward about seeking help or unsure where to find it. Dr. Bozard's extensive study and experience in sex-related therapy issues can help you find the sexual connection you've been craving in a supportive, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental way. In addition to couples, he works extensively with sexual issues of men.
